Great Things Yet To Take Place
Written and transcribed by Terry Grant.

This is a continuation of a message I have transcribed and edited from a talk Ishvara gave on March 19, 2006. - TG.

Ishvara:

It is apparent that the prognosis for this world is not very good. In any sense of being, it is obvious that humans cannot keep using up the planet and expect to sustain it. As you know, in the physical world energy runs out. You work and you work and you work, and you become tired. You must replenish yourself. So it is with all of creation. It is a cycle of energy. If you keep taking and taking from the energy without giving back, then, after a while, you run out.

To hook up, to stay in the energy exchange system, to participate in that consciously and willingly, is how Life works. This does not mean that you see energy as limited, but you recognize that USABLE energy at certain levels becomes exhausted. That is because there are too many parameters, too many boundaries, there is too much separation at those levels.

You can facilitate the flow of energy in your life by the thoughts you maintain. It is that simple. A thought is like the electric plug that you put into the wall where you get energy. You plug those thoughts into the universe, the supply and flow of existence, and you have abundant energy. But as with any household appliance, if you have a 110 volt system, and you plug it into a 220 volt outlet, you will blow up your equipment.

The human is very much the same way. If you are running on normal supply, it is limited. If you are always looking to what you see around you, what "they say," the energy is limited; there seems to be only so much to go around. There are some hogs out there who are using more than their share, hoarding and collecting. That behavior arises from a constrained way of looking at things, from trusting in the frequency of the material realm as if it were the only thing there is.

The trick is learning to live in balance with the things around you, recognizing that there is a limitation to the energy of Life at this level, but also realizing that Life is not totally dependent upon this level, that it has access to other levels. There are other fields of energy, other ways of being that are not so dependent upon the material appearance of Life.

This in no way diminishes or distracts from the material aspect of Life. There is nothing at all wrong with the material. It is just that if you see it as all there is, you run into limitations.

You are being presented with an opportunity to look beyond the walls of material existence, the consensus reality of the material world. You have the opportunity to see beyond it and recognize a source of supply that is not dependent upon the world. It is respectful of the world. This means that you do not indulge yourself and use up the material world. Such over-consumption is a sign, a display, of lack of respect, lack of appreciation. Respect and appreciation are prime ingredients to the next level of existence. Appreciation, respect, honoring, cooperating--these are very important aspects of higher dimensional existence.

This is not magical thinking. It is not a magical formula. There is a definite way of being in the world and being transcendent of the world simultaneously. It involves living at a higher frequency, living in a field of unlimited energy. But the way to that is the demonstration, in the material world, of how to live, how to exist, how to participate, how to cooperate, how to be. Unless you can demonstrate your ability to be in this world, this material level, you are not fit for the rest of it, you are forever barred from a higher existence, because as a human being you are saying that you have not learned the lesson of energy, that you have not learned the gift of cooperation and awareness that comes from the connections in Life.

As you think upon these things, you begin to see some clues to a higher existence. You begin to understand that there is a realm beyond the material, structured existence, a realm of energy that, as the appropriate thoughts are developed within the intellect, gives rise to a natural connection, a sense of, "Well, of course. How could it be any other way? It is so clear, so present, so obvious." At that point, you begin to wonder where you have been: "What have I been doing? Why didn't I see it? It has been there all along."

But you just didn't have the eyes to see or the ears to hear it. Your feelings had been confined to more of a structured existence. You had been contained in fear and separation.

The worst thing that can happen to humanity is to forget the rest of itself, to not see beyond the day-to-day activities of survival, to not know that there is much more to Life, that there are great things yet to take place. Humans are not anywhere near being finished with what is possible. Hopefully, they will continue to live so that they can realize this.
